The Graco click connect work. No need for an adaptor. For the front seat, you have to have the cut tray on for it to snap. Back seat it clicks right in.

Yes, every normal-sized door. I haven’t found a door that it doesn’t fit through yet while out and about with the kids.
You have to lock it. It is unsafe to run with the wheel in the swivel position.
